Communicating a single message to 1,000 of the country's largest business leaders is no small undertaking, but this is precisely what we achieved for HRH The Prince of Wales’ May Day summit on climate change.
The event incorporated a live broadcast by BSkyB, 10 separate locations and the tightest security in the land, but despite this pressure, our detailed planning and strategy resulted in a flawless result, so much so that we went on to deliver the event in 2008 and 2009 as well.

Launching a national event over 9 regions with the Prime Minister in attendance is by its nature complicated. Factor in a very tight schedule and a change of venue some 36 hours before the event was due to take place and things become extremely challenging.
Despite these pressures, we delivered an online interactive event, again with excellent results.
Health Challenge England
Services
Hosted by the Prime Minister, Health Secretary and Health Minister, we provided a day of nationwide listening events, attended by over 1,000 patients, staff and members of the public, linked live across the country. This enabled delegates to benefit instantaneously from the feedback and helped to implement future healthcare strategies.
Due to the resounding success of these events, we were asked to deliver the follow up in January 2008.

The DH contract numerous temporary staff and external specialists. We were asked to design a series of exhibitions for the roll out of their ‘Social Marketing’ Strategy. The DH were spending far too much on exhibition and crucially, when staff left the exhibition team; the knowledge left too. The solution was a reusable exhibition kit an intranet site which ‘learnt’ as they used it – they are still using it today – 5 years on.

With only two weeks before the launch of three new separate divisions, BT discovered a competitor was planning to make a big impact in the market.
Our brief was simple - make a bigger splash than the competition, and create lead generating footfall. We achieved this by creating an award winning brand statement piece of exhibition.
The success of this project has helped to develop a fruitful and ongoing relationship with BT.

The Millennium Dome in London’s East End attracted the biggest clients from all over the world.
Web Zone serviced each of the exhibiting clients and gave visitors an insight into each one.

When asked to create the museum at Amberley, we essentially inherited an empty building site, and had just two months to fill it with over 2,500 separate items.The result is a spectacular walk-through experience, charting the history of telecommunications in the UK.
The museum continues to be a major regional tourist attraction, complete with a beautiful blue sky and working telephone box - neither of which are commonly to be found in England!
